Africa is the youngest continent in the world.

More than half of its population is under the age of 25.

This demographic reality presents both an enormous opportunity and a significant responsibility.

If education improves, digital infrastructure expands, and entrepreneurship continues to grow, Africa could become one of the world's largest innovation hubs.

If these opportunities are ignored, unemployment and migration pressures may increase.

The outcome depends on decisions made today by governments, businesses, educators, and young Africans themselves.

Demographics alone do not create prosperity.

Preparation does.
