Growth has never been a comfortable process.

It stretches assumptions.

Challenges identity.

Exposes weaknesses.

But it also reveals potential that would otherwise remain hidden.

The people we admire rarely avoided discomfort.

They learned to walk through it.

Sometimes, the greatest obstacle between where we are and where we want to be isn't lack of talent.

It's the willingness to remain uncomfortable long enough to become someone new.
